Orders & delivery
How fast is delivery in Kuwait?
Orders placed before 2 pm ship the same day. Standard delivery arrives in 1–2 working days anywhere in Kuwait, and is complimentary on orders over KD 30. Same-day express is available in most areas for KD 4.
Do you deliver across the GCC and internationally?
Yes. GCC deliveries arrive in 3–5 working days (KD 5). Worldwide shipping takes 5–9 working days (KD 12). Duties for international orders are settled by the recipient.
How do I track my order?
Every order confirmation includes a reference such as ALB-2417. Enter it on the Track your order page at any time, or find live status inside My Account.
Can I include a gift message or wrapping?
Every parcel leaves the atelier gift-ready in house packaging. At checkout you may add complimentary gift wrapping, engraving on 100 ml bottles, and a handwritten card.
Returns & exchanges
What is your return policy?
Unopened perfumes in their sealed house wrap may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened bottles cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
My parcel arrived damaged — what now?
Photograph the parcel as received and write to care@coded.com within 48 hours. A replacement ships immediately; we deal with the courier so you do not have to.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 working days of the return reaching us. KNET refunds usually appear the same day.
Product & authenticity
Are your ouds natural?
Our oud is distilled from cultivated Aquilaria in Assam and Cambodia and aged a minimum of three years. Each batch is numbered, and every bottle carries a house seal under the cap.
What concentration are the perfumes?
All compositions are extrait de parfum, blended at 25–30% concentration and macerated for six weeks before bottling. Expect 8–12 hours of wear.
How should I store perfume in the Gulf climate?
Away from direct sun and car interiors. A drawer or cupboard at room temperature preserves a perfume for years; heat above 40°C is what ages it.

How do I stock CODED in my boutique?
